Cavalier Communications offers an Annual Technical Support Agreement (ATSA) for licensed software systems. The ATSA is available for an annual fee that varies depending upon the licensed product being supported. For those licensed sites protected under the ATSAs, Cavalier Communications, Inc. will:

  • Maintain system compatibility with evolutionary changes occurring within the Government networks

  • Maintain system compatibility with COTS support products (i.e. Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Exchange, MS DOS, etc.)

  • Distribute periodic updates to the system which will include both operational enhancements and the correction of reported system anomalies

  • Provide technical consultation for the resolution of specific system related problems (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, EST, Monday through Friday)

  • Address the feasibility of and provide quotations for performing the specific customer requested modifications to the system

Any changes made to the system by Cavalier Communications, Inc., under the ATSA will conform to the guidelines as set forth by the responsible Government accrediting or certifying agency. Cavalier Communications, Inc. will make system software updates available to the operational authority responsible for each operating site covered by the ATSA. Distribution of these updates to sites not covered by the ATSA is specifically prohibited by Cavalier Communications, Inc. and constitutes a violation to the ATSA.

On-site technical support can be provided for an additional cost.
